I led the comprehensive redevelopment of the Intact Portal, transforming it from a platform plagued by terrible user experience (UX) and poor functionality into a well-designed, user-friendly portal that significantly enhanced our brokers’ ability to perform their tasks effectively.
The process began with a thorough needs analysis to identify key pain points and areas for improvement. We engaged with brokers to gather feedback and understand their specific requirements, ensuring that the new design would meet their needs.
The redevelopment aimed to create an intuitive interface and integrate features that made content development accessible to all authorized employees. This allowed employees to easily access and update resources. This improvement was essential for streamlining workflows and boosting overall efficiency.

To successfully launch EDGE COMPLETE, a new national Property and Casualty (P&C) product tailored specifically for Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs), while ensuring brand consistency and engagement with stakeholders.
